Your responsibility
Please send us items that are in either very good or excellent conditions.
Make sure to ship all the described items, along with the trade-in code slip. We do not pay for the shipping cost of your items. Your package must be postmarked within a week of generating the trade-in code slip (create a copy of this slip for your reference).

Our responsibility
Store credit is the only method of our payment, which you will receive in your email inbox.
We will be generous, in which we will always pay you the maximum published value as long as your items are working and they do not fall into the 'Unacceptable Items' category (see below). If we do receive unacceptable items, you will be notified by email and the return shipping postage fee will be solely your responsibility.

Unacceptable items
- Illegally copied or burned DVDs.
- DVDs that are not North American NTSC formats.
- DVDs without original contents such as booklets, original case, and front and back covers.
- Books that are unreadable even if it is only one page, ripped pages, bent covers (slightly bent corners is ok), missing pages.
We do not accept the following specific line of titles (updated often)
- Pokemon.
- Adult Oriented (i.e. Hentai, 18+, etc).
- Hello Kitty.
