Azumanga Daioh is about high school life through the eyes of six girls with unusual personalities: Chiyo (the 10-year-old genius), Osaka (the resident airhead), Sakaki (the shy one prone to cat bites), Tomo (the loose cannon), Yomi (the short-tempered one) and Kagura (the resident jock).

Overall : Very hilarious! If you want to read some good, clean humor this is something you want to pick up. All the girls, including their teachers, have their own personalities that just somehow seem to work together. You'll want to get the rest of the series after reading this one

Overall : Okay. This series should only be enjoyed by fans that have grown use to unusual Japanese-style story-telling: yon-komi- a four panel gag strip is the format that Azuma-sensei employs to tell his wacky tale of 5 'friends' jumbled together in high school.
