About this series
Onizuka is an ex-biker and gang leader who has one goal, to become the greatest teacher. He learns of the power and respect possible as an intern teacher, using his strength and connections to get his students to respect him. Now, graduated, he gets a job at a prestigious private school to handle their 'problem class' that made the past few teachers quit. He must handle a different sort of trouble when the trouble makers include some of the smartest kids in Japan who preffer a more cerebral approach to torturing their teacher. Onizuka must slowly win his students over and deal with their mistrust of teachers while handling the distrust of his fellow teachers.

Product Description
Onizuka's thirst for buried treasure drives him to drive his students into hard labor, the lot of them following his orders to dig up the island. But it isn't long before mutiny takes root in the form of a conniving Urumi who finds a subtle way to get Onizuka out of the way.
However, the way of Onizuka lives on in the young Noboru who finds himself the unwitting hero to a lost Anko. Could the embers of amore be glowing in them? Well, if they are, rest assured Onizuka will find a way to fan them into a class four fire. And Azusa does a little inebriated bonding with some of her worst tormenters.

Overall : I bought this because it was on sale and am so glad I did. I love it. It is an adult manga so be careful when reading it for the first time if you have problems with some things.

Overall : A very unique series that has very realistic themes throughout. Not the greatest animation, but the storyline makes up for that. A very hilarious but touching anime at times.

Overall : GTO is my favorite series, the storyline is wonderful. Each character has it owns trials and tribulations, and Onizuka brings everything together. The way that onizuka dealt with his class was very well done. This is a MUST SEE series.
