Overall : This review refers to the English Dubbed Second Barrage. You see there is no English Dubbed Second Barrage of Black Lagoon. They just send you a different version of the First Season and package it as the Second Season. Thus that is why the website says it is Discontinu

Overall : I was waiting for this to come forever. It's nice to see a series that doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to violence. I'm doubly pleased that they finally got around to dubbing it.
