Hyperactive Excel does anything and everything to try to please her lord, Ilpalazzo, who wants to take over the world. Excel's misadventures takes her and her partner, the ever-dying Hyatt, all over the world, meeting several strange people as they go. Everything is bizarre and goofy, as any kind of anime and/or entertainment genre gets mocked and poked at.

Overall : Very random anime with very little plot, but if you like craziness, this is definitely an anime you'd enjoy. It is hard to understand at times. I would not recommend watching this anime in English. Excel's voice in English is ten times more annoying than it is in Japane

Overall : This was one of the stupidest animes I have ever seen, there was
only one good thing about it. It was the end. I was very unhappy
with this anime all around it was only good for selling to the next
person to get such a horrible anime out of my collection.

Overall : An adpation of Koushi Rikudou's manga, Excel saga is an hillarious and entertaing series about the amusing plots of an organization called, 'Across', trying to take care over Fukuoka city, or as the anime calls it, 'F city'.

Overall : This was a waste of time and money. I tryed to get into it but couldnt. No story and the girl was annoying. I got a headache on the first episode. This is indeed over rated.
