Now that Kurou is trapped withing the coffin, the only student who remembers him is Tetsuzo, but his only concern is his sick sister suffering from leukemia. Tetsuzo agrees to help Sato rescue Kurou on the condition that he becomes a Nosferatu, but the mysterious student body members stand in the way. They are not zombies, and even Tsuchiya and Sato can't kill them! And who is the woman in the square that Kurou comes face to face with?
