About this series

The original Japanese series Gatchaman inspired the creation and development of the hit animated American television series Battle of the Planets in the late 1970s and G-Force in the late 1980s.
Created by the award-winning Japanese animation house Tatsunoko Productions (Speed Racer, Robotech), the original Gatchaman series has never been aired or released on home video in North America in its original uncut form.
